The operating procedure is to use existing networks to:
  • Support, advise and equip facilitators who train pastors in Africa.
  • Inspire and train church leaders in Africa.
  • Mobilise churches to become involved in training.

Outcomes:

Godly and Christ-like servant leaders in Africa, leading Godly and Christ-like servant Churches.  Bringing glory to God, transforming families, communities and nations through their daily Biblical lifestyle.
